109B Regulated number of spanish mackerel in particular waters
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a boat is in tidal waters east of longitude 142º31'49'' east; and
(b)
there are more than 4 recreational fishers on the boat; and
(c)
the boat is not taking part in a licensed charter fishing trip.
(2)
The person in control of the boat must ensure no more than 4 times the recreational limit for spanish mackerel is on the boat.
