19 Exception for juvenile eel
(1)
Despite section 18, a person may take a juvenile eel in the following regulated waters if the person takes the eel under a JE licence—
• Mary River Barrage
• Burnett River Barrage
• Kolan River Barrage
• Fitzroy River Barrage.

In this section—
juvenile eel means an elver or a glass eel.
