Taking or possessing fish—Pumicestone Strait (commercial fishing)

In force

A person must not in the Pumicestone Strait (commercial fishing) regulated waters—

(a)

take any fish for trade or commerce; or

(b)

possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a).
