9 Fisheries regulated waters plans
(1)
The chief executive may prepare a fisheries regulated waters plan for this chapter.
(2)
A fisheries regulated water plan is—
(a)
held by the chief executive; and
(b)
identified by the prefix ‘FRW’ followed by the plan number.
Example—
‘FRW-303’
(3)
Copies of fisheries regulated waters plans are—
(a)
available for inspection, free of charge, during office hours on business days at the department’s head office; and
(b)
published on the department’s website.
