Fish regulated in relation to trade or commerce

This section applies if column 4 of the table in schedule 2, part 3 refers to the taking or possession of a species of fish or a combination of species of fish stated in column 1 of the table for trade or commerce.

(2)

A fish of the species, or a combination of fish of the species, are regulated fish only if they are taken or possessed for trade or commerce.
