49 Possessing or using nets other than scoop nets—Skyringville Creek (downstream)
A recreational fisher must not in the Skyringville Creek (downstream) regulated waters—
(a)
possess a net, other than a scoop net; or
(b)
use a net, other than a scoop net, to take a fish; or
(c)
possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b).
