118 Recreational fisher taking spanish mackerel in Gulf of Carpentaria waters
(1)
This section applies to a recreational fisher who is, or has been, on a boat and taking part in a licensed charter fishing trip that is conducted—
(a)
for a continuous period of at least 48 hours; and
(b)
entirely in the Gulf of Carpentaria waters.
(2)
The recreational fisher may—
(a)
during the licensed charter fishing trip, take twice the regulated maximum number of spanish mackerel; and
(b)
possess the fish taken under paragraph (a).
