60 Possessing or using particular commercial fishing nets to take fish—particular regulated waters
A person must not in the regulated waters stated in column 1 of the table below—
(a)
possess a commercial fishing net of a type stated opposite the regulated waters in column 2 of the table; or
(b)
use a net mentioned in paragraph (a) to take a fish for trade or commerce; or
(c)
possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b).
