8 Activity regulated at all times if no period stated
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
an activity is regulated in stated regulated waters under a regulated waters declaration; and
(b)
the declaration does not state a particular period in which the activity is regulated in the waters.
(2)
The activity is regulated in the regulated waters at all times.
