27.05 Copies on request
(1)
A party who prepares a document for use in the Court must, on the request of any other party entitled to a copy of the document and on payment of a charge at the rate set out in Appendix A for photocopying a document, supply that party with a photocopy of the document.
(2)
A person against whom an order is made without notice is entitled to a copy of any document used in support of the application for the order, and paragraph (1) applies accordingly.
