42.05 Service
(1)
A subpoena must be served personally on the addressee.
(2)
The issuing party must serve a copy of a subpoena to produce on each other party as soon as practicable after the subpoena has been served on the addressee, but it is not necessary that the copy served be signed or be served personally.
