41A.06 Payment of costs
(1)
Unless the Court otherwise orders, the appropriate amount (if any) prescribed by the regulations (if any) under section 42H(1) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 must be paid in the first instance by the applicant.
(2)
Unless the Court otherwise orders, the amount payable to the Court in respect of the costs of, and incidental to, the provision of an audio visual or audio link and ancillary equipment for the purposes of this Order, must be paid by the applicant.
