42A.01 Application
(1)
This Order applies where a party who has an Australian lawyer in the proceeding seeks to require a person not a party to produce any document for evidence before the hearing of the proceeding.
(2)
Order 42 applies so far as is practicable to a subpoena to produce under this Order.
