42A.09 Procedure after objection
(1)
Upon receiving notice under Rule 42A.07 or 42A.08, the registrar must refer the subpoena to a magistrate for the hearing and determination of the objection.
(2)
The registrar must notify the issuing party in writing of the objection and the grounds of that objection and the time and place at which the objection will be heard and that party must notify the addressee and all other parties accordingly.
