33.01 Application
This Order applies to a proceeding under any of the following—
(a)
under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013;
(b)
under the Accident Compensation Act 1985;
(c)
under the Workers Compensation Act 1958;
(d)
in which the plaintiff claims damages for, or otherwise claims in respect of, bodily injury.
