If a document for use in the Court is not prepared in accordance with these Rules or any order of the Court—
the registrar may refuse to accept it for filing without the direction of the Court;
the Court may order that the party responsible is not entitled to rely on it in any manner in the proceeding until a document which is properly prepared is filed.
