50.11 Mediation report
In the case of a mediation of a proceeding by an acceptable mediator who is a person described in paragraphs (d) to (h) of Rule 50.02(2), the acceptable mediator must file a mediation report in Form 50A and provide a copy of the report to each party who attended the mediation within 7 days of a mediation having been completed.
