33.12 No evidence unless disclosed in report
Save with the leave of the Court or by consent of the parties, a party must not except in cross‑examination adduce evidence from a medical report on medical matters concerning the plaintiff unless that evidence is disclosed by a medical report served in accordance with this Order.
