40.08 Proof of Court documents
(1)
A document purporting to be sealed with the seal of the Court must be admissible in evidence without further proof.
(2)
An office copy of a document filed in or issued out of the Court is admissible in evidence in any proceeding between all parties to the same extent as the original would be admissible.
(3)
A document purporting to be sealed with the seal of the Court and to be a copy of a document filed in or issued out of the Court is admissible as an office copy of the latter document without further proof.
