60.04 Order signed by magistrate
(1)
Where a magistrate makes an order, the magistrate—
(a)
may sign the order; or
(b)
may direct that the order be drawn up by a party and signed by the magistrate.
(2)
Where that magistrate is unable for sufficient cause to sign the order, it may be signed by another magistrate, as the case requires.
