36.08 Amendment of order
(1)
The Court constituted by a magistrate or a registrar may at any time correct a clerical mistake in an order or an error arising in an order from any accidental slip or omission.
(2)
A registrar may at any time correct a clerical mistake in an order or an error arising in an order from any accidental slip or omission if the order is an order of the Court constituted by a registrar.
