50.05 Confidentiality

If a proceeding is referred to appropriate dispute resolution, evidence of anything said or done by any person in the course of the conduct of the appropriate dispute resolution must not be admitted at the hearing of the proceeding unless the Court otherwise orders, having regard to the interests of justice and fairness.
