60.05 Authentication of an order
For the purposes of section 18(2) of the Act, an order is authenticated—
(a)
when the order is recorded in writing and signed by the person who constituted the Court; or
(b)
if the order is entered into a computerised data storage and retrieval system, when it is confirmed in that system.
