37.04 Disposal of perishable property

If, in a proceeding concerning any property (other than land) or in a proceeding in which any question may arise as to any property (other than land), the property is of a perishable nature or is likely to deteriorate or diminish in value if kept, the Court may make an order for the sale or other disposal of the whole or any part of the property.
