(2A)
The rider of an electric scooter riding on a shared path must—
(a)
keep to the left of the shared path unless it is impracticable to do so; and
(b)
give way to any pedestrian (except a person travelling on an electric personal transporter) on the shared path.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
