304O Operation of inbuilt devices, mounted devices and motor bike helmet devices in or on wheeled recreational devices and electric personal transporters
(1)
Subject to subrule (2), a person travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or an electric personal transporter must not operate an inbuilt device, a mounted device or a motor bike helmet device while the wheeled recreational device or the electric personal transporter is moving, or is stationary but not parked.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
