280 Application of Division
(1)
This Division does not apply to the driver of a public bus travelling along tram tracks.
Note
The rules in Division 1 of this Part apply to drivers of public buses travelling along tram tracks—see rule 273.
(2)
This Division applies to the driver of a vehicle other than a public bus, in the same way as it applies to the driver of a public bus, if—
(a)
the driver is driving in a bus lane to which B lights apply; and
(b)
the driver is permitted to drive in the lane under these Rules.
