39 Making a U-turn contrary to a no U-turn sign
Rule 39(1) amended by S.R. No. 135/2021 rule 16.
(1)
A driver must not make a U-turn at a break in a dividing strip on a road if there is a no U-turn sign at the break in the dividing strip.
- In the case of a bicycle or an electric scooter, 3 penalty units;
In the case of any other vehicle, 5 penalty units.
