254 Bicycles or electric scooters being towed etc.

(1)
A person must not ride on a bicycle or an electric scooter that is being towed by another vehicle.
- 5 penalty units.
Note
Vehicle is defined in rule 15.

The rider of a bicycle or an electric scooter must not hold onto another vehicle while the vehicle is moving.
