304L Operation of inbuilt devices, mounted devices and motor bike helmet devices on bicycles and electric scooters and in vehicles that are not motor vehicles
(1)
Subject to subrule (2), the rider of a bicycle or an electric scooter, or the driver of a vehicle that is not a motor vehicle, must not operate an inbuilt device, a mounted device or a motor bike helmet device while the vehicle is moving, or is stationary but not parked.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
