408 Transitional provision—Corporation approvals
The approval of a booster seat by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 20095 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(a); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a child restraint by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(b); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a child safety harness by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(c); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a motor bike helmet by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(d); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a horse riding helmet by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(e); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a bicycle helmet by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(f); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a portable warning triangle by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(g); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
The approval of a seatbelt by the Corporation under the Road Safety Road Rules 2009 in force immediately before these Rules—
is taken to be an approval declared by the Corporation under rule 407(h); and
may be amended or revoked accordingly.
