Permitted device interactions

(1)

Unless otherwise expressly stated, this Part does not prohibit a person specified in subrule (2) from doing any of the following—

(a)

permitting the display of a device to show the following information—

(i)

if the device is locked—static or variable information shown on the device's ordinary locked screen;

(ii)

if the device is unlocked—static or variable information shown on the device's ordinary menu screen;

(iii)

static information as a result of an automatic notification, including notification of an incoming audio or video call;
