269 Opening doors and getting out of a vehicle etc.
(1)
A person must not get off, or out of, a moving vehicle, unless the person is engaged in the door‑to-door delivery or collection of goods, or in the collection of waste or garbage, and the vehicle is not travelling over 5 kilometres per hour.
- 2 penalty units.
