1.01 Objects
The objects of these Rules are—
(a)
to regulate the practice and procedure of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and
(b)
to facilitate the fair, efficient, timely and cost-effective resolution of proceedings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, including by use of ADR processes.
