8.02 Application of Rules to residential tenancies matters
(1)
This Order applies to an application, referral or proceeding under—
(a)
the Residential Tenancies Act 1997; or
(b)
Part 9 of the Social Services Regulation Act 2021.
(2)
Rules 3.01(1)(b), 3.02(1)(b) and 4.24(3) and (4) do not apply to an application, referral or proceeding under—
(a)
the Residential Tenancies Act 1997; or
(b)
Part 9 of the Social Services Regulation Act 2021.
