4.29 Register of proceedings
(1)
The register may be kept in electronic or written form.
(2)
The register must contain the following matters—
(a)
a number identifying the proceeding;
(b)
the names of the parties to the proceeding;
(c)
the date on which the application or referral was lodged with the Tribunal;
(d)
the practice area or list to which the proceeding is allocated.
