1.07 Default scale of costs
Unless the Tribunal otherwise orders, the scale of costs that applies for matters in the Tribunal is—
83·68 per cent of an amount specified in item 19 (Counsel's Fees) of Appendix A to Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court as in force on 31 December 2024; and
81·60 per cent of an amount specified in any other item of Appendix A to Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court as in force on 31 December 2024.
