8.14 Withdrawal of proceedings
If an applicant withdraws an application to which this Order applies pursuant to section 74 of the Act, the notification in writing of withdrawal of the application must state—
(a)
the name of the applicant, respondent or any other party to the proceeding; and
Rule 8.14(b) amended by S.R. No. 114/2021 rule 10.
(b)
the address of the premises that is the subject of the application; and
(c)
the date of lodgement of the application; and
(d)
the tribunal file number (if known); and
(e)
the hearing date of the application (if known); and
(f)
the venue for the hearing (if known).
