5.03 Tribunal may adopt procedures for litigation guardians
Without limiting section 98 of the Act, the Tribunal, to the extent it considers necessary in any proceeding, may adopt the procedures for appointing a litigation guardian set out in Chapter I of the Rules of the Supreme Court or Chapter I of the Rules of the County Court.
