8.05 Lodgement of accompanying documents or information

(1)

An applicant who is required to lodge an accompanying document or accompanying information with an application to which this Order applies—

(a)

must lodge the accompanying document or accompanying information with the Tribunal by a date directed by the Tribunal; and

(b)

may lodge the accompanying document or accompanying information with the Tribunal by electronic communication.

(2)

An applicant who lodges an accompanying document or accompanying information with the Tribunal must serve that document or information on the respondent and any other party to the proceeding.

(3)

An applicant may serve an accompanying document or accompanying information on a party to the proceeding by electronic communication if the party has given an electronic address for service.
