Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Rules 2018

In addition to the details required under Rule 3.01(2), an application to which this Order applies must contain the following—

the name, address, telephone number and email address of any agent acting for the applicant;

if known, the name, address, telephone number and email address of any agent acting for any other party to the proceeding or any person who the applicant claims ought to be joined as a party to the proceeding;

the address of the premises that is the subject of the application.

Despite Rule 3.01(2)(c), an application to which this Order applies is not required to contain the Australian Company Number or Australian Registered Body Number of—

any party to the proceeding other than the applicant; or

any person who the applicant claims ought to be joined as a party to the proceeding.
