6.01 Application of Order to certain goods and services disputes
Rule 6.01(1) substituted by S.R. No. 143/2025 rule 29(2).

This Order applies to an application in respect of a goods and services dispute, other than a dispute between a legal practitioner and a client of that legal practitioner.

Rules 4.03 and 4.09 do not apply to a proceeding to which this Order applies.
