3.02 Referrals to the Tribunal
For the purposes of section 69 of the Act, a referral to the Tribunal must be—
in writing; and
in the appropriate application form published on the Tribunal's website or available in hard copy from the registry.
For the purposes of section 69 of the Act, a referral to the Tribunal must specify—
the person who is the subject of the referral (if applicable); and
the enabling enactment under which the referral is made.
For the purposes of section 69 of the Act, a referral to the Tribunal must be lodged with the principal registrar by—
electronic communication; or
post.
A form referred to in subrule (1)(b) may contain any necessary modification.
