6.02 Additional details for applications in respect of certain goods and services disputes
In addition to the details required under Rule 3.01(2), an application to which this Order applies must contain the following—
(a)
the Australian Business Number of the supplier of the goods or services that are the subject of the goods and services dispute;
(b)
if the application relates to goods that are mortgaged or leased, the name, address, telephone and other contact details of any credit provider who has an interest in the goods.
