6.03 Documents to accompany an application
For the purposes of section 67(1)(b) of the Act, the documents required to accompany an application to which this Order applies are—
Rule 6.03(aa) inserted by S.R. No. 143/2025 rule 31(2).
a copy of a search for the business names of any party to the proceeding and any other interested party; and
an extract of a business name of any respondent or any interested party which is not a company but has a registered business name; and
Rule 6.03(ab) inserted by S.R. No. 143/2025 rule 31(3).
if a party to the proceeding or any other interested party has an Australian Business Number, a copy of an extract from the Australian Business Register that shows the party's Australian Business Number; and
Rule 6.03(ac) inserted by S.R. No. 143/2025 rule 31(3).
a copy of the invoice, receipt or order (if available) for the goods or services that are the subject of the dispute; and
Rule 6.03(b) amended by S.R. No. 143/2025 rule 31(4).
in the case of an application under section 45(2) of the Motor Car Traders Act 1986—
a copy of the agreement for the sale of the motor car; and
a copy of any contract for finance concerning the purchase of the motor car; and
any other documents the applicant has in the applicant's possession concerning the purchase of the motor car or any ancillary or incidental items in association with that purchase.

Rule 4.05 sets out information in respect of companies and incorporated associations that is to accompany certain applications.
