4.25 Extension or abridgment of time
(1)
The Tribunal may exercise any of the powers referred to in section 126(2) of the Act in any proceeding.

(2)
For the purposes of section 126 of the Act, all enabling enactments and any regulations made under any of those enabling enactments are specified to be relevant enactments.
