4.29A Condition for inspection of the register of proceedings by a person not party to a proceeding
(1)
For the purposes of section 144(5)(a) of the Act, it is a condition for a person who is not a party to a proceeding to provide the specified information in order to—
(a)
inspect that part of the register that relates to the proceeding; or
(b)
obtain a copy of that part of the register that relates to the proceeding.
(2)
For the purposes of subrule (1), the specified information is—

(a)
the name of the parties to the proceeding; or
(b)
the proceeding number; or
(c)
if the proceeding relates to land, an address for the land.
