102D Duration of manager’s approval
(1)
A manager’s approval —
(a)
takes effect on the day on which it is granted or any later day specified in it; and
(b)
remains in force for the period prescribed by the regulations, unless before then it is revoked under section 102F.
(2)
A manager’s approval may be renewed for consecutive periods of the duration prescribed by the regulations.
