152YL Person may ask for self‑imposed banned drinker order
(1)
A person who is not a banned drinker may ask the Director to make a banned drinker order for the person.
(2)
The request —
(a)
must be in writing; and
(b)
may contain a request for the banned drinker order to be in force —
(i)
for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months; or
(ii)
indefinitely, unless the order is revoked under section 152YP.
