152NO Application for variation or revocation of extended exclusion order
(1)
The Commissioner of Police or the subject person may apply to the Director for the variation or revocation of an extended exclusion order.
(2)
The application must be —
(a)
in writing in the approved form; and
(b)
made during the period that the extended exclusion order is in effect.
